LEED certification is a globally recognized symbol of sustainability achievement, and it is backed by an entire industry of committed organizations and individuals paving the way for market transformation.


LEED-certified buildings save money, 提高效率, lower carbon emissions and create healthier places for people. They are critical to addressing climate change and meeting 环境、社会和治理 goals, 提高韧性, and supporting more equitable communities.

To achieve LEED certification, a project earns points by adhering to prerequisites and credits that address carbon, 能源, 水, 浪费, 运输, 材料, health and indoor environmental quality. 项目 go through a verification and review process by GBCI and are awarded points that correspond to a level of LEED certification: 认证 (40-49 points), 银牌(50-59分), 黄金 (60-79 points) and 铂 (80+ points).
